Terms of sale

1. Who we are

Skronko is run by [pending], [pending], [pending], hello@skronko.com (“we”). Details: Company details.

2. Orders and prices

Prices are in EUR and include VAT. Shipping to the EU and US is free. Payment is handled by Stripe. The contract is made when you pay and get our order confirmation by email. If a price or product is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Production and delivery

Every item is printed on demand by our production partner Printful. Printing takes 2–5 working days, delivery usually 3–6 days after that. These are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Right of withdrawal

• Shop designs you order unchanged: 14 days from delivery to withdraw, no reason needed. See Returns.
• Items you design or change yourself (your text, upload or layout): no right of withdrawal, because they are made to your specifications (Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(c); Danish forbrugeraftaleloven § 18(2) no. 3). You confirm this before you pay.

5. Faults

If an item is faulty, email us with a photo (see Returns). Your statutory rights under consumer law apply.

6. Your designs and uploads

• You keep the rights to what you upload.
• You let us and Printful store, print and show your design only to make and deliver your order.
• You confirm you own the design or have permission, and that it does not break anyone’s rights (copyright, trademarks, someone’s image) and is not illegal, hateful or sexually explicit.
• We may refuse or cancel such orders with a full refund.
• Our shop designs belong to us. Do not copy them commercially.

7. Liability

We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it (for example your consumer rights, intent or gross negligence). Otherwise our liability is limited to the foreseeable loss from the order.

8. Complaints

Email hello@skronko.com. EU consumers can get help from the European Consumer Centre in their country.

9. Law

The law of [pending] applies. The mandatory consumer protection of the country you live in still applies.
