Faulty, damaged or wrong item

Use the problem form or email hello@skronko.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery, and we reprint or refund. Your statutory rights under consumer law are not affected.

Use the problem form or email us. We reship or refund.

Changed your mind: shop designs

If you ordered one of our shop designs unchanged, you can withdraw within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed.

1. Tell us by email to hello@skronko.com, or use the withdrawal form.
2. Send the item back within 14 days to [pending]. You pay the return postage.
3. We refund the price within 14 days of your notice, to the same payment method. We may wait until the item arrives or you show proof of sending.

Worn or washed items may be refunded less.

Designs you made or changed yourself

They are printed just for you, so there is no 14-day withdrawal, also not for a wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering. Faults are always covered (see above).
